This policy explains how Pouch Packing Machine Sourcing handles information submitted through inquiry pages. It is a procurement-service notice, not a claim that we operate a factory database of audited plants.
The inquiry form collects name, work email, optional company, optional phone and a procurement requirement. Optional budget notes and supplier preference are merged into that requirement field at submit time when JavaScript is available. We do not add extra backend field names for those preferences. Product names copied from catalog cards are treated as part of the same requirement text.
We use the inquiry to clarify pouch packing machine specifications and to request factory quotes. We may share relevant technical details with potential suppliers for that purpose. We do not sell inquiry lists. Destination, quantity and timing are treated as commercial data for quote comparison, not as marketing content. Pouch drawings and product notes are process data, not health claims.
Because this site does not publish a street address or telephone number, privacy questions should use the same inquiry form. We keep inquiry records as needed to complete the sourcing request and to meet applicable record-keeping duties. Do not send payment card numbers in the requirement box. If you later contract a named factory, that supplier’s privacy terms apply to documents exchanged directly with them. Drawings sent after the first reply stay with the buyer; this form does not store uploads because no upload field is provided.
Optional target budget (amount or range, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis) and supplier preference (high-end, mid-range, budget-friendly, or still comparing) are treated as part of the same procurement requirement. They are buyer comparison filters, not verified factory ratings. JavaScript, when available, merges those notes at submit time without changing the backend field names. When JavaScript is off, write them in the requirement box yourself. We do not use these notes to publish a market discount.
